Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone who fulfils the Entry criteria, except for employees of Rayvox Limited, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Where entrants are under the age of 18, entry must be with parental / guardian approval.
  2. Entry: Purchase necessary. To enter, participants must purchase either a packet of Vocalitea or a World Voice Day Bundle (which incudes a packet of Vocalitea) during the Competition Period.
  3. Additional Entry: Entrants can earn additional entries by sharing the giveaway post from Rayvox Limited’s Instagram page to their own Instagram page or stories, as well as for tagging their friends in the post. To be eligible for the bonus entries, entrants must tag Rayvox Limited’s official Instagram account in their shared post or story. Bonus entries will only be counted if the entrant’s Instagram account is public, and the share can be verified by Rayvox Limited. Entrants are limited to one additional entry per post/share per day, and 20 tagged friends per day.
  4. Competition Period: All entries must be received between 15th April 2024 12:00pm BST to 30th April 2024 23:59pm BST. Entries received outside of this time will not be considered.
  5. Prizes: The prize for this competition is a 12 month supply of Vocalitea, provided to the winner as 1 single shipment of 12 individual packs of Vocalitea.
  6. Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
  7. Notification: The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  8. Data Protection: Any personal data relating to participants will not be disclosed to any third parties.
  9. No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative for the prize, and the prize is non-transferable.
  10. General: The promoter's decision in respect of all matters related to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  11. Promoter: This competition is run by Rayvox Limited.
  12. Liability Release: Rayvox Limited is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the competition, and assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
  13. Amendment: Rayvox Limited reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the competition details on the Rayvox Limited website.
  14. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the competition constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Rayvox Limited, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Terms and Conditions and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
