RETURNS & WARRANTY INFORMATION:
This policy sets out our refunds, returns, and warranty information for our range of products, detailed by general type. We are confident that you will enjoy our products, but in case you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help!
If not any reason you are not satisfied, please request a refund by emailing us at: email@example.com within thirty (30) days of purchase. Please include your original order number within your correspondence.
Once you have initiated your request, your item will no longer be eligible for our warranty guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and must include all original items and accessories.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 working days. Refunds are only applicable for the original cost of the item at the time of sale, and not on shipping. If a returned item was purchased as part of an offer, bundle, or sale, the item will be refunded to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, including packaging and insurance (if applicable) to the return address emailed to you in our returns correspondence. We recommend returns be sent with appropriate insurance and/or tracked shipping service.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All perishable goods such as books and consumables cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for any of our digital products, which include (but not limited to); streaming courses, digital downloads, software, gift cards, and customised items such as but not limited to engraved items are also not eligible for returns.
We are very proud of our products and services, and the detail and care that goes into creating each and every item. This is why we offer a Warranty on selected products.
Products included under our warranty are; SOVT Straw v1.0, SOVT Straw v2.0, Resono, Resono Pro, Resono Flex.
Our SOVT Straw and Resono are made of 304 food grade stainless steel, our Resono Flex is made from FDA approved food-grade silicone, and they are designed and engineered specifically as an expiratory voice training and vocal therapy tool. Its use is specific and limited to this purpose. Your product should not be used for drinking, or anything outside of the aforementioned purpose, as some liquids may damage the tool. Misuse of this type will not be covered under this warranty.
Our products offer a six (6) month warranty. The included complimentary cleaning tool, carrying case, and other accessories, where applicable, are not covered under this warranty. During this period, if a product is found to be defective and you have followed the appropriate instructions for our returns procedure, the Rayvox Ltd. will either:
- Repair the product at our expense,
- Or Send you a replacement product that is equivalent,
- Or refund part of all of the order value at the time of purchase
To ensure the longevity of your product, we recommend that you wash the product inside and out by following the product-specific instructions.
We might ask you to send us a photo/video of your item before sending it back to us, as we might be able to diagnose certain issues from this alone. We might also sometimes ask you to jump on a Zoom call so we can help correct usage technique if the item is not faulty. These tend to be the quickest ways to resolve any issues.
Rayvox Ltd. will have no obligation to issue repairs, replacements, or refunds until returns have been received and authorised by us.
