Our Recommendations
Boil Fresh Water
Start with 250ml of freshly drawn, filtered water for the best flavour. Bring to a boil.
Slow Pour
Pour the water over the pyramid slowly, giving the ingredients time to release all their goodness.
Steep for 5-15 Minutes
The longer you wait, the more developed the flavours will be. Cover while steeping for best results.
As your tea steeps, allow yourself a mindful interlude. Draw a breath in, count to four, then release it to the same rhythm. Repeat a few times, eventually transitioning into a relaxed "vvv" sound (lightly voiced fricative). Reflect on the sensations within, how your voice and body feel, and the emotions it carries. Affirm to yourself: "my voice will sound amazing today!".

Vocalitea has a rich, warming flavour that begins with a gentle, sweet taste of caramel, followed by subtle hints of apple and honey, before enveloping the palate with warm depth and subtle spice. It finishes smooth and soothing — not medicinal like many throat teas.
Each box contains 14 pyramid tea bags, with 3 grams of premium ingredients per bag — that's about 50% more than standard tea bags. Each bag can be steeped once for optimal flavour and benefit.
Yes! Vocalitea is naturally caffeine free, so you can enjoy it any time of day — before performances, late at night, or as part of your morning routine — without any effect on sleep or jitters.
For best results, drink Vocalitea 30–60 minutes before singing or speaking to prepare your voice. It's also excellent after performances to help recovery, when you feel vocal strain coming on, or as part of a daily maintenance routine for ongoing vocal health.
While Vocalitea is designed to be enjoyed hot for maximum benefit (warm liquids help soothe and hydrate the vocal tract), you can certainly brew it hot and let it cool, or pour it over ice for a refreshing iced tea. The flavour profile holds up beautifully chilled.
Yes! Vocalitea is 100% vegan friendly. All nine ingredients are plant-based, with no artificial colours, flavours, or animal-derived ingredients. The honey flavour comes from natural plant extracts.
Unlike standard throat teas that are designed to drink when sick and often coat and dry your throat, Vocalitea was developed specifically for daily voice use by award-winning voice experts. Our science-informed blend of 9 ingredients soothes without drying, contains 3g per pyramid bag (vs ~2g in competitors), and has been recognised with a Great Taste Award for its exceptional flavour.
We recommend using each pyramid bag for a single brew to get the full benefit and flavour from the 3g of ingredients. A second steep will be noticeably weaker as the key compounds and flavours are primarily released in the first infusion.
