Cancellation & Transfer Policy

At Rayvox, we are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences through our SOVT Certification Programme. Due to the structured nature of our cohort-based courses and the resources allocated upon enrolment, we uphold the following policy:

Cancellations

• All registrations are final.

• We do not offer cancellations or refunds once enrolment is complete.

Transfers

• Transfers to a different cohort may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• To request a transfer, please contact us at bookings@rayvox.co.uk with your full name, original cohort details, and the reason for the transfer request.

• Transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the start date of the original cohort.

• Approval of transfer requests is at the sole discretion of Rayvox and is subject to availability in the desired cohort.

Additional Notes

• Participants are responsible for ensuring their availability for the duration of the course.

• In exceptional circumstances, such as documented medical emergencies, please reach out to us promptly to discuss possible accommodations.
