Shipping Updates – Rayvox

UPDATE: 01 JULY 2021

We have just released an important update regarding shipping to the EU. For full details, please visit:

UPDATE: 28 MAY 2021

This weekend is a bank holiday in the UK, which means the postal services will stop running until Tuesday 1st June 2021. All pending orders not shipped today (28th May 2021) will ship on Tuesday 1st June 2021 at the earliest.

Happy holidays!

UPDATE: 04 MAY 2021

All services have now returned to normal.

Thank you for your understanding during our rocky week last week - but we're back up, rocking, and ready to go!

UPDATE: 29 APR 2021

Following our previous update, fulfilment for all orders will be delayed until Tuesday 4th May 2021 at the earliest. Unfortunately Oren has been in hospital since Monday following serious complications with an ongoing medical condition, and has yet to be discharged. Of note, it is also a bank holiday weekend in the UK, which means Post Offices will be closed.

We truly apologise for any inconvenience this has, and all affected customers will shortly be receiving an update email from us with some more details.
Thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE: 26 APR 2021

Due to a staff medical emergency all orders due to ship today have been delayed. We apologise for the inconvenience and we will endeavour to fufil your orders as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE: 16 APR 2021

All orders made before 15:00 have now been dispatched. Service will return to our Monday/Friday schedule as per our COVID policy.

We are experiencing a short delay in fulfilment. All orders are expected to ship out on Saturday 17th April 2021 at the latest.

UPDATE: 08 MAR 2021

Following our previous update, we have now returned to our normal COVID shipment schedule. Orders will ship out on Monday or Friday each week.

UPDATE: 01 MAR 2021

Just a quick update to say that any orders made between 1st March 2021 and 5th March 2021 will be dispatched on Saturday 6th March 2021, as opposed to our usual Friday shipment schedule. This is due to me having to self-isolate for a medical procedure I am having on the 5th March.

Thank you for your understanding!

UPDATE: 26 JAN 2021

All orders made before the 25th January 2021 have now shipped out.

Our service has returned to our 'normal' COVID operating schedule, as per our below update on the 5th January 2021.

UPDATE: 24 JAN 2021

We are experiencing fulfilment delays of approx. 7 days. This is due to delays in restocking our eco-friendly packing materials during the current pandemic. We don't want to compromise on our core beliefs by opting for a non-sustainable alternative, and so we have decided to wait a few extra days for our packing materials to arrive. We anticipate all orders made before 24th January 2021 will ship out on Tuesday 26th January 2021 at the latest.

Thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE: 05 JAN 2021

- We have spoken to our local Post Office, and they have confirmed that they will be operating as normal.

- We will continue to ship orders on our twice weekly schedule (Monday / Friday).

Thank you for your understanding!

UPDATE: 04 JAN 2021

- The UK Government announced a new Tier 5 National Lockdown.

- We are currently waiting for more information to be released as to what this might mean for shipping orders. However, we are pleased to say that we will remain open, and will continue to accept new orders. Our team have been working from home since the pandemic began, so our core operations are entirely unaffected.

- We are waiting for confirmation from Royal Mail as to whether they will be open and accepting new shipments. We anticipate that they will open at reduced hours, but will continue to operate. More updates will be added here once we know more.

- We previously shipped orders 3 times per week (Monday / Wednesday / Friday), however, should Royal Mail be open and accepting packages, we anticipate this will change to only shipping orders twice per week (Monday and Friday). This is partly because I am currently undergoing immuno-suppressive therapy, and the latest government advice is that I must rejoin the Shielding programme. I have a special arrangement with my local Post Office, and I will be able to safely drop-off your orders without placing myself at risk.

- Please be aware that it is likely that your orders will take longer to arrive than you might expect.

- Our 1-1 teaching remains unaffected, as we have been operating online since the pandemic began.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

Please be mindful of how COVID-19 is impacting the world. Keep safe, make space, keep singing!
